Primary Pool Interviews on 6 and 7 March 2012 - closing date for applications for interview is 8 February 2012 (Applications received after the interviews will be kept on an extended list)

We usually recruit between 65-80 primary Newly Qualified Teachers each year.

Our successful pool is open to all UK newly qualified teachers who have completed their initial teacher training, and have yet to complete their statutory period of induction. Our "pool" is organised and funded by Primary Heads, supported by our Harrow School Improvement Partnership (HSIP) demonstrating the partnership within our Local Authority.

Apply once online and all our primary schools can access your details after you have been interviewed.

Recruitment is to our "pool", from where Headteachers select candidates to appoint to a specific post. Many will offer a further interview/visit prior to a job offer. This gives you a chance to see the school, meet possible future colleagues and learn more about how that particular school works.
